Join us for a magical evening under the autumn sky at Tsukimi no Kai (月見の会), our annual Moon Viewing Festival!
Come together with family and friends for an unforgettable night of Japanese culture, community, and celestial beauty. This special event, co-sponsored by the United Japanese Society of Hawaii and Central Pacific Bank, is free and open to everyone.
Experience an Enchanting Evening of:
- A Traditional Tamagushi Service Ceremony by Daijingu Temple of Hawaii
- Graceful Dance by the Hanayagi Mitsusumi Dance Studio
- Enchanting Koto Music by the talented Darin Miyashiro
- A Creative Haiku Contest led by Kaoru Nakamura Sensei
- Celestial Stargazing through powerful telescopes with Stargazers of Hawaii!
Delicious food and drinks from Aloha Bento and others will be available for purchase, including sushi, mochi, matcha, beer, and sake.
